In order to provide better safety and security to the children we are entrusted with, as well as our cherished parents, family, and alumni, Camp has adopted a new visitation policy which we need everyone to be aware of.

As beautiful as camp is through all four seasons, it is a rural landscape rife with inherent dangers on our roads and in our lake. As such, a strict policy of no visitation during the pre-season and post season of camp is now in place. As you can agree, having unsupervised people roam camp when we are not in session, exposes us and them to a variety of unfortunate possibilities. We hope that you will encourage friends to observe this extremely necessary restriction.

As for the camp season, it remains our hope to accommodate those people who wish to visit. Of course, all are always welcome on Alumni Day, and Parents Visiting Day. As to the rest of the season, we are asking people to provide their request to camp at least one week prior to their visit, to obtain approval (fewer days will be accommodated, if possible). This has become necessary due to our growing alumni family, as well as to insure that our activities and programs are not interfered with. Furthermore, we are asking that all Alumni check in at the Administration building upon arrival for their scheduled visit, and we suggest an $18 contribution. As you can imagine, it has become extremely important that we are aware of all people entering camp, to insure everyone's safety.

These changes are necessary in the world we live in. We hope that through your cooperation, we can continue to provide access to camp to welcome back alumni during the season. We know how important it is to "come home", and we certainly enjoy having you visit. Together, we can continue to insure the safety of our campers and the beauty of camp.
