with deposit of $50 per person, per trip to our Ardsley office.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: After application has been recorded,
a $50 fee will be charged for cancellation, $100 for canceling within
2 weeks prior to departure, and $200 per person for canceling later than
the Wednesday before the trip leaves for BHE-AVC. If you leave the Vacation
Center before the trip ends, for whatever reason, we will be unable to refund
any money.
- Full payment must be made by December 31, 2009 for Early Bird Discount.
- Full payment must be made by May 1, 2010 for regular registration (no discount).
- IMPORTANT: Do not pack your medication in your luggage. Please keep it with you on the bus.
- Additional costs are charged for transportation to and from the N.Y. airports.
Please inquire at the office.
- Guests registered for more than one trip may elect to stay overnight at
the AVC for an additional $20.
