Hill Unit Campers (entering grades 2,3,4,5) day trips - no charge

* Junior Unit Campers (entering grades 6,7,8 ) Session Two only, 2-day excursion for additional $225

* Senior Unit Campers (entering grade 9) Session Two 5 Day trip, $600

* Super Seniors (entering grade 10) Full Summer Required - Session One 5-day trip to CANADA $700.       Enjoy last 5-day trip as a camper!

FIRST TIMERS: Special rate for campers entering 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th grade (sibling discount not applicable)

BERKSHIRE BUDDIES: For campers entering 2nd - 5th grade (sibling discount not applicable)

REGISTRATION FEE

A deposit in the amount of $500 is due at the time of registration. Children are accepted on a first come, first served.

SIBLING DISCOUNT

5% off first sibling, 5% off second. Applies to full-fee campers only.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Full Payment is due by May 1, 2012. Monthly payment option is available.

NEW CAMPERS

An interview may be required.

STAFF BONUS FEES

Added to your tuition will be a $50 per camper PER SESSION fee. This a merit based bonus. NO EXTRA TIPPING NECESSARY.

SPENDING MONEY

Your child will take hikes to town a couple times per summer as well as go on 2-3 day trips per session. Please send $25-$50 per session according to your spending preferences for your child. In town, they can buy snacks, ice cream, drinks and their favorite sandwiches from the deli.

OUR FEES INCLUDE:

TRANSPORTATION, LAUNDRY, CANTEEN and TRIP DAYS

SCHOLARSHIPS:

2012 need based scholarships are available on a limited basis. An interview may be required. Decisions are made on a rolling basis so PLEASE APPLY EARLY. 2010 tax returns will be accepted, but 2011 returns and/or additional information may be requested. The majority of scholarships will be offered Session Two and limited for First and Full Summer session.

BHEC is a non-profit agency and therefore it is possible to set fees based on family income. To be considered for assistance, you will be required to send photocopies of your most current W2 and 1040 tax forms (when available). ALL INFORMATION IS KEPT CONFIDENTIAL. Families paying the normal fees are not required to present income verification.
