Rates & Dates for 2008

We would like to invite your child to experience our "home" for the summer. Berkshire Hills - Emanuel Camps gives you the best in quality camping at an affordable price. With us, there will even be money left over for a family vacation!

Early Bird Special -- Save up to $500!
Save by mailing in a $500 deposit/per session by November 1st, 2007 and pay in full by March 1, 2008 (If not paid in full by March 1, the regular camp fee will apply).

Camper-in-Training Program (For campers ages 7-10 a shorter version of our camp session) COST: $1,500   Dates are June 29 - July 13, July 13 - July 25 or July 28 - August 10.

New for 2008: Recommend a new family and receive $150 for each session the camper completes (campers ages 7-10 only).

* Teen Campers in Senior Unit during session #2 attend a 5-6 day excursion at an additional cost of $600.

Sibling Discount -- 10% for first sibling, 15% for second sibling!

Sliding fee scale available.

ALL FEES INCLUDE DOOR-TO-DOOR LUGGAGE SERVICE.

BHEC is a non-profit agency and therefore it is possible to set fees based on family income. To be considered for assistance, you will be required to send photocopies of your most current W2 and 1040 tax forms (when available). ALL INFORMATION IS KEPT CONFIDENTIAL. Families paying the normal fees are not required to present income verification.
